- The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Certain items, such as undergarments, personal hygiene products, or sale items, may not be eligible for replacement. Please check the product details for specific exclusions.
How to Request a Replacement

- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for replacement (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong product)
- Supporting evidence, such as photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Replacement Process
- Once your replacement request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate the replacement process.
- If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Important Notes
- Nanglikart reserves the right to refuse a replacement if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Shipping charges (if any) for the original order are non-refundable.
- If the reverse pickup service is not available in your area, you may be required to ship the product back to us, and we will reimburse the courier charges (subject to approval).
